We do this by offering a wide variety of wellness focused services and activities while empowering them to live as independently as possible. The intermediate care facility program servers over 100 000 individuals with intellectual disabilities and other related conditions.

The birchwood campus consists of birchwood arbors a 46 apartment community that offers assisted living and birchwood health care center a 120 bed community for transitional care skilled nursing and memory care. Birchwood senior living is a special place to work. This option is for seniors who want to live as independently as possible but may need assistance with some of the activities of daily living such as laundry housekeeping bathing dressing transferring walking or medication management. We believe that serving our residents is an honor and a privilege.
